Hong Kong South Development Scheme
In compliance with the undertaking given in paragraph six of my letter of September 10th, 1919, the Promoters are communicating with Hong Kong to ascertain what proportion of the Capital Hong Kong subscribers desire to take up.
Until this is settled the financial scheme cannot be concluded and for this reason it is probable the arrangements referred to in the penultimate paragraph of my letter of the 28th ult. will be necessary.
Mr. Bowley has now left England for Hong Kong.
