(I) To appoint the Agronono Mr.Dawe, to make a study of the region of the Hagdalena river onboth banks from Honda to Barranquilla, a study which willbear relation to the vegetable,aninal and mineral resources, which will be accompanied with detailed reports on the forests and Government lands of the explored zone"
(2) To authorise Mr.Dawe that,he forwards to the Office of In- formation and Propaganda of Paris, London and New York, as well as the Department concerned of this Ministry, samples of such products that he considers important,accompanying them with descriptions that will facilitate their appreciation in foreign markets and with photographs.
