In further reference to the letter from the

Department of October the 13th, the Nursing Committee have pleasure in recommending Kiss H.E.Williams to the Secretary of State, as a suitable candidate for

appointment as a Nursing Sister in the Civil Hospital,

Hong Kong.

I beg to enclose herewith Miss Williams'

application form and papers, and to say that she

will be prepared to leave England a month after

hearing that she has been appointed.
