I have to refer to your letter to the
Treasu 2457/1920., of the 31st May, relative to charges
incurred by the Hong Kong Government on cargo ex the
"TOKUYAMA MARU".
This Department has been instructed by the
Treasury to accept these charges if in order. I should
be glad, therefore, if you would be so good as to forward
the statement and supporting vouchers, referred to by
the Governor of Hong Kong in his despatch of the 10th
March, in order that the necessary transfer of credit
may be made.
