In further reference to the letter from the Department of April the 1st, the Nursing Committee have pleasure in recommending Kiss A. Lamond-Stewart to the Secretary of State, as a suitable candidate for appointment as a Nursing Sister in the Civil Hospital, Hong Kong, to fill one of the two vacancies mentioned in the letter under reply.
I beg to enclose herewith Miss Lamond-Stewart's application form and papers, and to say that she will be prepared to leave England one month after hearing that she has been appointed.
