Mr. Alfred Davies, To ask the Inder Secretary of State for the Colonies, whether there are any regulations in the Colony of Hong Kong controlling the amount of work which a child may be called upon to do or any limit of hours for which a child may be called upon to work; and if there is any legislation in the Colony to prevent these children from being employed at work obviously injurious to health, [Tuesday 21st December.
