Secondly, it is noted that the powers of the
Governor under Section 7 of the Ordinance to make regu-
lations, are, by Article 7 (2) of the Order in Council,
vested in His Majesty's Minister. In this connection my
Directors would be glad to know whether any regulations
have yet been made, and in particular the nature of the
securities which would be acceptable to His Majesty's
Minister.
The Company's financial year having ended on the
30th April, 1920, the accounts and balance sheet will
be prepared and copies filed at your office in accordance
with Section 6 of the Ordinance. The auditors of the
Company are Messrs. G. H. and N. Thomson, Chartered Ac-
countants, and my Directors presume that this firm will
meet with the approval of His Majesty's Minister under
Subsection (2) and that no further audit will be neces-
sary.
