(2) Bona fide foreign war vessels, when meering in the
harbour of Hasno, will not be required to sign the regis-
ter fe arrival,
(2) Bona fide Chinese war vessels, cruisers or gunbeats
of every description, even carrying troeps or towing junks
with troops on board, may freely cross the harbour of Kasné,
(3) The landing of armed troops of whatever nationality or
the landing of ama and munitien ennnet be effected in
tite harbour of Yeese without previous permission from the
Governor of Kadas,
(4) Portuguese gunboats or war vessels or other boats or
steamers be always anchored or moored east of a line drawn
Southward, midway between Nacao and Ngan Hang and Wanchai,

buoys or moorings west of the above line be removed and
taken away".
