the scheme set out meeta with your approval, and whether in the event of it being carried out you would be prepared to make the necessary Order in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of Sub-Section 3 of the Companies Ordinance, 1915, for the transfer of this Company to Hongkong, in order that the Company may take in hand as speedily as possible the necessary arrangements.
