Company propose to transfer registration and control
of Tobacco Company and also of Cigarette Company to Hong Kong forthwith. Arrangement which is described in Company's letter
to ir E. Fraser of April 6th, seems satisfactory solution of difficulty and is said to have been discussed with His Majesty's
Consul General at Shanghai and Mr. Mossop.
