With reference to your letter of the 17th April 1920, I am directed to inform you that your pension from the Widows' & Orphans' Pension Fund amounts to £68.3.8. together with 371.08 which at 3/- to the dollar amounts to £55.13.2. A grant of 25/- increase has recently been made by the Secretary of State for the Colonies on all sterling widows and orphans' pensions, so that you will receive £123.16.10. plus 25% or £68.3.8. and $371,08 payable at the rate of exchange of the day, whichever is the greater. Instructions will be sent to the Crown Agents for the Colonies regarding the payment of your own pension and of your pension from the Widows' and Orphans' Pension Fund in England. I am etc.
