a copy of a letter from the Admiralty

preferring a claim for the sum of £5.17.8 in respect

of the cost of messing Sir R.E.Stubba K,C.M.G., Lady

Stubbs and one member of his suite on board the H.K.S.

"Fame" and to enquire if we have your authority to

pay the amount from the funds in our hands belonging to

the Government of Hong Kong.
