seations bolted together with bolts and nuts, and wood
insertion between the flanges.
The top to be a steel plate, and to be fitted
with an iron pips by means of which the tank dan be
kept full of water during the voyage; the bottom of
the tank to have a discharge valve.
A stout tarpaulin is to be spread under the tank,
and its edges turned up over a wooden coping, so that
any lankage is caught in the basin thus formed. An
osoape pipe to the bilge is to be fitted to the
tarpaulin.
