With reference to Your Lordship's

circular despatch of the 15th September, 1920, I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinances intituled:-

An Ordinance to modify certain provisions of the

Treaty of Peace (Austria) Order, 1920, for the purpose of adapting the provisions of the Order to the circumstances of the Colony of Hongkong. No. 16 of 1920.

An Ordinance to modify certain provisions of the

Treaty of Peace (Bulgaria) Order, 1920, for the purpose of adapting the provisions of the Order to the circumstances of the Colony of Hongkong. No.17 of 1920.

The reports of the Attorney General explaining the objects of these Ordinances are enclosed.
