As requested by you I have the pleasure to enclose on separate sheets particulars of the commitments of the steamships "Lienshing", "Brisbane", "Heimun", "Pheumpenh", "Telemachus". "Ceetlefield", "Manapouri", "Patriot" and "Wollowra", and the
owners will be glad to hear at an early date as to whether the
commitments are accepted or not.
I am requested to point out that all the above ships
sre now under Charter and consequently if such charters are
ratified there is no necessity to go into the question of bunker
goal as the same has to be supplied by the Charterers in every
case.
As regards the valuation the same are now receiving
the attention of the Owners and will be forwarded to you in due
course.
I am requested by the Owners to ask you to treat this
letter as written without prejudice to the Owner's rights in every respect and to state that the same must not be treated as
an admission in any way.
I have, etc.
Sd.
S. T. Willierson,
For and on behalf of the Owners.
