of Your Excellency's letter No. 3456/1916 of 26th instant and its enclosures,

The Vital Requirements Committee having nominated "WOLLOWRA" to take the place of "BURRUMBEET", I shall be glak to be informed whether this meets your approval and whether you wish her requisitioned on behalf of the Colonial Government, in which event I presume she will be managed by a Shipping Board as indicated in the Secretary of State's telegram of 12th May, 1917.
