Request Board of Education select two lecturers in
mechanical engineering for university unmarried preferred
for 5 years agreement salary per annum £500 paid at 2/-
while in the Colony free quarters or allowance of £100 free
passages half salary on voyage. They must be graduates of
British University. Professor Warren has been instructed to
assist in selection. They should be sent out as soon as
possible.
