With reference to Your Lordship's circular despatch of the 29th May, 1920, I have the honour to forward for your information a copy of an Appendix prepared by the General Staff Officer dealing as far as is at present possi- ble with points that may arise in applying to this Colony the Convention for the regulation of Aerial Navigation. The Naval Authorities whom I consulted also state that there is no objection from the naval point of view to the detailed application of the convention in this Colony.
