ss Electrician in June 1915. For the first three months he wa9

given charge of the Telephone Exchange and Submarine cables of

this establishment. Afterwards placed in sharge and held responsible

for all repairs, adjustments sto., to Blestrisal instruments on

Submarine work He carried out his duties efficiently and to

my complete satisfaction.
