My Lord,
With reference to Your Lordship's despatch No.203 of the 22nd June, 1920, I have the honour to inform
you that I am unable to grant any abatement in respect of Mr. I. A. Wheal's contributions towards the Widows and
Orphane Pensions Fund nor can any refund be made in
respect of contributions made before the death of his wife
in 1915.
