My Lord,
With reference to Your Lordship's despatch No.
191 of the 5th June, 1920, regarding the question of the pay- ment of bonuses to officers of this Government who are success- ful in passing the necessary examinations for the English Bar, I have the honour to inform you that, as the subjects of Part I of the examination vary in importance and difficulty, I would recommend that the following bonuses should be granted in future to officers who obtain a First Class in the several
parts and sections.
Part 1.
Section I Roman Law.
