Dear Dixon,
Your letter of 3rd February has just reached me,
which states that you wrote to us on the 17th September enclosing a copy of a despatch from the Governor of
Hong Kong raising varicus questions as to the interpreta-
tion of the Treaty of Peace Order 1919.
Unfortunately our paper 6275/20 on which is the
letter of 17th September, has been mislaid, and I shall
be muchi obliged if you can let me have a copy of the
latter with the enclosure. On receiving this I will
let you have an official reply as soon as possible.
