his loss. His disposition is amiable, and his manners and

Brig. General T.G.Cope, Commanding 176th Infantry Brigade,
"Capt. Hazlerigg, R.A.S.C.,M.C. has been in command
of the Train Coy. attached to the 176 Inf. Bde. During my
command of this Bde. since August 14th, 1917, the Tran Coy,
has never failed to deliver the supplies, sometimes under
difficult circumstances. These good results I attribute to
the hard work and whole-hearted devotion to duty of its
Commander, Capt. Hazlerigg."
Lt.Col. T.Haderigg, R.A.E.C., Commanding 59th Divisional
Train, writes: "Capt. Hazlerigg, M.C. has served under my
command since 20.6.16. He has always proved himself to be a
most hard-working and reliable Officer. Commanded his Coy.

Mr. W.Harding, of Harding and Barnett, Solicitors, writes: "I have known Capt. T.M.Hazlerigg intimately for many years, he having served his Articles of Clerkship, which he completed in the year 1905, in this office.
"Commencing practice shortly afterwards, in this town on his own account, he maintained a good reputation throughout the always up-hill and testing years necessarily required for founding a legal practice, and achieved a creditable position which he relinquished only at the call of duty, and with much self-sacrifice, upon the outbreak of war.
"Capt. Hazlerigg is a capable lawyer and man of affairs
and of honour."
