With reference to Your Lordship's despatch
No.98 of the 20th March, 1920, I have the honour to inform
you' that, as Mrs. Kendall is receiving the full pension to which she is entitled under the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions together with the increase of 25% recently granted,
I regret I do not see my way to recommend any further
increase.
