My Lord,
I have the honour to draw Your Lordship's attention to Mr. Severn's Despatch No. 237 of the 24th July,
1919, recommending that a Building Grant of $10,000 should be
given to the French Convent School, to which no reply has so
far been received.

Provision has not been made for this
expenditure in the Estimates for the current year, but I should
be glad to have Your Lordship's approval of this grant which
will be fully considered later in the year when the financial
position of the Colony is more clearly seen.
