Paraphrase telegram from the Governor of Hong Kong to
the Secretary of State for the Colonies.
Dated 19th January, 1920.

I am requested by Governor of Macão: to notify
His Majesty's Goverment that strong reinforcements are
arriving to the Chinese troops in neighbourhood of Macao.
There is also a report that warships are being sent from China to enforce stoppage of work on the harbour. Cool Reference: Your cypher telegram of 19th November.
