My Lord,
With reference to Your Lordship's Despatch
No. 517 of the 8th November, 1919, I have the honour to inform you that Miss E. Kelsey was not placed in any institution during the period in which she held the appointment of Nursing Sister in the Medical Department of this Government.

Miss Kelsey proceeded to England in 1916
on leave after four years and four months service in the
Colony and was allowed to take up temporary war work pending her return to the Colony.
