With reference to the circular issued by the Controller of Non-Ferrous Materials Supply, we have just received the following letter from Ralph W.Weymouth of Hong Kong :-
"Acting on the suggestion and advice of the Colonial Secretary, we are today shipping by the "Agamemnon" 35 tons Wolfram for use of the British Government.
"This Ore was produced in the British Territory of Hongkong, and in accordance with the price paid by the Home Government the royalties will be assessed by the Colonial Government. The fixed price according to your circular is 60s. per unit, with an advertised allowance of 1s. per unit for freight.
"We have delivered all documents in this transaction to the Banque Industrielle de Chine who will make collection when the usual routine of assay and sale is completed.
"We are attaching a duly attested certificate of origin. This shipment will average above 67%
