In reply to your enquiry about allowances for the purpose of travelling to Hong Kong, I am to say that the Advisory Committee attached to each District which should be able to help you, has not yet been formed in this particular district. One of such Committees is, however, working in District 10, Horrex's Hotel, Norfolk Street, Strand, and I am directed to say that you should apply for further advice in this matter to that place.
