I beg to refer to my letter of 25th February, and now have pleasure in enclosing herewith, certified copy of the Order recently made by Mr. Justice Bray, confirming my brother's and my rights to the Trade Marks registered in Hongkong, and directing their assignment by us to Messrs. Arnhold Bros. & Co. Ltd. I trust to hear from you shortly that steps have been taken as suggested by me to advise the Governor at Hongkong of the effect of Mr. Justice Bray's Judgment, and to ensure that no obstacles should now be placed in the way of the use of these Trade Marks by Messrs. Arnhold Bros. & Co. Ltd.
