THIS ACTION having on the 19th day of February 1919

been tried before the Honorable Mr. Justice Bray without a Jury in the County of Middlesex and no one having appeared for the Defendants and evidence having been given and the said Judge on the 19th day of February 1919 having ordered

that Judgment be entered for the Plaintiffs for a Declaration

as follows:-

(1) That the partnership formerly existing between and

carried on by the Plaintiffs Harry Edward Arnhold and

Charles Herbert Arnhold and the Defendants under Articles

of Partnership dated the 12th day of November 1912 was

dissolved at 11 p.m. Greenwich time of the 4th day of

August 1914 by the outbreak of war between Great Britain

and Germany.

(2)

That upon the true construction of the said Articles

and in the events which have happened and particularly the

dissolution of the partnership as aforesaid the said

Plaintiffs were on the 12th day of September 1917 (ime-

diately before the execution of an Agreement of that date

made between the said Plaintiffs of the one part and the

Plaintiff Company of the other part) absolutely entitled to
