No. 40449/1919, enclosing a copy of a despatch from the Officer Administering the "overnment of Hong Kong concerning the concession of free postare granted to mombors of His Majesty's Forces on active service, I ma directed to state, for the information of the Secretary of Stato for the Colonies, that the Postmaster Gonoral has not yet taken any stops to withdram the concession. If and when the concession is withdrawn or restricted, a further coumnication will be sent to the Colonial Office
