My telegram 6th September understand Hong Kong Government now broken charter and sub-charters steamer "Hai Mun" but have diverted her run from Amoy Hong Kong Singapore on which she has been for two years she has gone now Java, Consider "Hai Mun" "Wollowra" "Glenfalloch" and when ready "Hong Bee" should carry out weekly service this run but this impossible to arrange without your instructions to Hong Kong.
