My dear Gershon Stewart,
I see you are on the list of the London Consulting Committes for the University of Hong Kong, so I enclose a letter which I received a few days ago from Colonel Leecelles of the Imperial Education Committee, War office, on behalf of B Captain Greig who is #pplying for the lectureship or tutorship in English. Lascelles is a very keen fellow and would not, think, recommend any but a really good man. Would you care to sec Loucelles yourself or put him in touch with the right person to see?
