I want to consider whether it would not be possible to afford similar facilities for training a limited number of men who may think of going into business houses in the East or in the West Indies at the Hong Kong University and Codrington College, Barbados, respectively. Would you kindly have this possibility consider- ed, as regards Hong Kong by the Eastern Department and as regards the West Indies by the West Indian Department, and let me hear their views as soon as conveniently possible? fo
