Sir,
I am directed by the Board of Trade to refer to your
frected
letter No. 52361/19, dated 19th September, forwarding copy
of an application by Mr. C.J.Tacchi for an appointment in the
United Kingdom and in reply to enclose herewith for Viscount
Milner's information a Kemorandum and Form of Application
•
in respect of an examination for Engineer Surveyors which is
to be held in London on 18th November 1919, and following
days and for which it is considered that fr Tacchi would be
eligible, provided he comes within the prescribed limit of
nationality as outlined in paragraph 3 of the Memorandum.
