I, CATCHICK PAUL CHATER residing at "Marble Hall" Conduit Road, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Knight, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George a Justice of the Peace for the Colony of Hongkong and a Member of the Executive Council of the Colony of Hongkong do solemnly sincerely and truly declare and say as follows :-
