5 (6) 6,(2) and 7 (1) and of paragrapha 2, 3 & 7 of the First Schedule of the Pire and Marine Insurance Companies Or- dinance shall, within the limits of this Order, be exercised by the dinister.
(3) All offences under the Fire and Marine Insurance Companies Ordinance made punishable by fine may, if committed within the lits of this Order, be prosecuted summarily under Article 48 of the China Order in Council 1904 provided that the maximum fine which can be imposed in the
case of offences tried sumarily shall be
£200 instead of £20.
7. All fees prescribed by or under the
Pire ari Marine Insurance Companies Or-
dinancf) which are paid to the Registrar
of Companies at Shanghai shall be paid
by-him to the Colonial Treasurer at Hong
Kong.
