6th March, enclosing a copy of a despatch from the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong, (0.A.G. 354), transmitting a Declaration

by Mr. J. H. Seth, of Hong Kong. Mr. Seth's
claim has been duly recorded in this Office, but it would be advisable that he should state what were the prices which he paid for the various articles referred to in his Declaration.
2. With reference to paragraph 2 of the letter of the Office Administering the Government of Hong Kong, I enclose a copy of the Notice which is issued by this Office to claimants. This
Notice contains the essential parts of the
