Your Excellency:-
1. With reference to the Note which you were good
5 enough to address to me on December 14th regarding the stocks of Wolfram held by the Comptair Ferro-Tungaténe
in Biam, I have the honour to inform you that there is
no objection to the export of their Simmene Wolfrm to
Japan and Amerisa, and that His Majesty's Minister at
Bangkok has been so informed by telegram.
2. With regard to transhipœent facilities at
Bingapore and Hongkong, I have the honour to inform
Your Excellensy that the authorities at Hongkong have
been instrusted to give all facilities, and I have
every reason to hope that at Singapore they will be
likewise instrusted in the immediate future.
