1. With reference to your letter No.61783 of December 28th, and the letter from the Ministry of Munitions, CRV/S/0617 of January 1st, of which I understand that a copy was sent to you, regarding the export of Siamese wolfram through the ports of Hongkong
and Singapore, I am directed by Sir L. Worthington- Evans to transmit to you herewith copies of a telegram which is being dispatched to His Majesty's Minister at Bangkok and of a note which is being addressed to His Excellency the French Ambassador.
2. I am to point out that it is presumed, in view of the letter from the Ministry of Munitions, that the instructions which Mr. Secretary Long sends to the Governor of the Straits Settlements will be extended
