With reference to the despatch from the officer
Administering the Goverment of Hong Kong, to the Secretary
of State No. 183 of 6th June last (a copy of which was
transmitted to us) respecting the medical examination of
Police Sergeant No. 101 W.R.Sutton, I have the honour to
inform you that we duly arranged for this man to be
examined and I enclose a copy of the medical certificate.
We shall be glad to know whether the Secretary of
State approves of the recommended extension of leave.
