April 8th, 1919.
In reference to my report on case of Mr J.Brennan of the Hong Kong Police Which you will receive on Wednesday morning 9th inst., I wish to add that in the confusion occasioned by a sudden emergency, which occurred while I was writing my report, I inadvertently omittei one important point. That is that Mr Brennan should undergo an operation for varicose veins on hie right leg.
Except for this addition my opinion of hie case remaine
unaltered.
