I should be glad if Crown Agents may be asked to engage and send
out et earliest possible opportunity so as to arrive here February of
March Second Assistant Analyst. Conditions of Service same as those
in despatch No.20 of 17th January 1913, except that candidate should
be either Associate or Fellow of Institute of Chemistry or Associate
Royal College Science Technology London.
