I have the honour to inform you that ave been detailed to conduct a repatriation rty of Chinese back to China, where I shall derobilised on the completion of my duty.

February from Le Havre.
I have to ask for instructions as to taining a certificate of last payment before aving Europe, as there is grent uncertainty to the dates when the coolie repatriation eamers soil till the last moment, it will be possible to give more than the approximate

Am I right in assuming that the lowance which I have hitherto been receiving
the Hong Kong Government will be continued 11 the date of my final demobilisation in ina, and that this allowance from the date of st payment in Europe to the date of my final mobilisation in China will be ayable in ng Kong.
