If the proposed new Pension Minute for-

-warded in my Despatch No. 394 of the 20th December, 1919, is

approved by Your Lordship, I would submit that the rule be

applied in this case and that Kra. Speed be granted a pension

equal to ten-sixtieths of the deceased officer's salary, name-

-ly at the rate of £30 per annum,
