My Lord,

Referring to my Despatch No. 345 of the

25th October, 1919, I have the honour to inform Your Lordship that I have received a further application for the conversion of a Farm Lot at Wong Nei Chong into an Inland Lot for the purpose of laying out building sites.

The application is made in respect of

Farm Lot 50 containing an area of about 2ths acres held on

lease as a Farm Lot for a term of 75 years commencing from

the 14th July, 1663, at an annual Crown Rent of $27.00.

With a view to encouraging the building

of suitable housing ace orrodation,I recommend that conversion

be allowed and that subject to the surrender of the lot to

Government, sanction be given for a re-grant of the area,

shown coloured red on the accompanying plan, as an Inland Lot

without auction subject to the following terms:-

THE RIGHT HONDURABLE

(a). The lessee to surrender the existing Orom Lease of

Farm Lot 50 shown edged neutral tint on plan attach-

-ed when required by the Land Officer. A sum of $3,000.00 in payment thereof to be deducted from the

amount of premium payable as stipulated in (c).

(b). The lessee to be granted an Inland Lot as shown

coloured red on plan attached, containing an aren

of about 26,730 square feet for a term of 75 years

renewable
