1.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled
An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Eleven million che hundred and seventy-three thousand two hundred and twenty- six Dollars to the Public Service of the year 1920,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinauce is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
2.
This Ordinance is in the usual form.
3.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency
the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and
on His behalf.
