on demand, the sum of $6.25 for each new boundary atone required to define the ra-adjusted lot. They will also have to pay the cost of refixing my existing boundary stones. The work to be carried out by the Director of Public Works. (m). The lessees to take up the new Crown Lease when called upon to do so by the Land Officer and to pay him the sum of $30.00 for the same. (n). Permission will be granted to the lessees to ob

-tain earth from Crow Land in the neighbourhood of the lots at points to be approved by the Director of Public Works for the purpose mentioned in (s) and (f). The lessees must also remove any boulders met with in excavating earth from such places and they must trim off and leave all such places in a tidy condition on the completion of their opera-

-tions.

(o). Any rights as regards marine frontage shall extend only to that boundary of the lot between the points C and D on plan and no encroachment will be allowed over Crown foreshore south of the line F C on plan produced eastward.

(p). The sale of the area adged red on plan will be

subject to the requirements of the Foreshore and Sea Bed Ordinance being complied with, and to its being declared expedient by the Governor-in- -Council to grant a lease of the area.

(q). The exact boundaries of the lot to be determinad

before the issue of the Crom Lease. In the event of my excess or deficiency in area of the portion edged in red being found to exist as compared with the area stated in these conditions, the amount to be paid by or to be refunded to the lessees in respect of such excess or deficiency will be

calculated
