I, GEORGE PHILIP LAMMERT
of No. 18 Peak Road in the Colony of Hongkong Auctioneer Surveyor and Stock and Share Broker and a Justice of the Peace for the Colony of Hongkong do solemnly sincerely and truly declare and say as follows :-

I am an Auctioneer and Surveyor carrying on my said business under the style or firm name of G. P. Lammert at Duddell Street Victoria Hongkong and I am also a stock and share Broker carrying on business with Porfirio Maria Nolasco da Silva under the style or firm name of Worcester Lammert & Silva at No. 6 Des Voeux Road Central Victoria aforesaid.

I know and am well acquainted with Samuel Ebenezer Green having known the said Samuel Ebenezer Green since the month of May 1906 when the said Samuel Ebenezer Green first arrived in this Colony and I am able to testify to the facts as to the residence of the said Samuel Ebenezer Green from my personal knowledge of him and not from information only I having
been intimately acquainted with the said Samuel Ebenezer Green during the said period and have on many frequent occasions done business with him and have been in constant communication with the said Samuel Ebenezer Green since the said month of May 1906.
